Relatively new park with ample parking and gated controlled access. The camp hosts are very friendly and informative. As with any new park there are some things that need to be addressed but the hosts are extremely helpful if you run into an issue. Catch and release fishing, kayak, boat, swim area, and a community building with washer/dryer, and ample restroom and shower space. Easy access to I-29 50mi to Omaha/Council Bluffs and 120mi to KC. If you are experienced enough to back down the peninsula, being surrounded by water on 3 sides make for some amazing views. We have been seriously considering a full time space.

Easy on off from hwy 29. You can camp, fish, swim on site. Russell and Linda are wondering host and very accommodating. Only suggestion would be better Class A parking on the lake.

Just opened up again, has a brand new super cool playground for the kids. Big spots, big lake FULL of fish. This place was great. The hosts/owners are amazing. They greeted us at our site, they chatted with us and even offered to help us pack up when we were leaving. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an easy and friendly place to park/camp

Stayed recently after driving over 5 hours, picking up my new (new to me) camper/trailer. I Saw the signs from the highway and was thrilled to have a place so conveniently accessible to stay. Thunderstorms off and on all night and the next day. Linda (host) checked in with me regularly to see if I had everything that I needed. I hadn’t brought any meals, just snacks and she dropped off a dinner for me. Chicken Alfredo. First time setting up my camper and she helped with that. Brought me a water hose since it’s the one supply I hadn’t purchased yet. 2 of my lights on the right were broke. And she ran a special trip and picked them up for me. Gave me a lift to the nearby Dollar store to p/u just a few snacks, etc. She and her husband were so amazing. Made me feel comfortable and secure – that the entrance was a combination entry. I only stayed 2 nights but, so grateful I found Fox Lake totally by chance!

Came across this RV resort while passing through. They have just been open a couple weeks (07/25) so they are still putting on the finishing touches but it’s a beautiful setting on a lake. Conveniently close to the Hwy but nice and quiet. They have website booking to access the gated property. Big rigs towing should avoid the first couple rows and head strait to the sites on the far side. I had to drop my toad from my 40’ coach to get turned around. It was worth the work for a pretty setting. Thank you Fox Lake.
