Unfortunately, refunds are not available if guests do not stay for the entire season. Once a lease has been signed and payments have been made, they are non-refundable, regardless of the duration of stay. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as it helps us maintain consistency and fairness for all our guests. At Fox Lake RV Resort, we offer flexible rates to accommodate a variety of stays, whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended vacation. Choose from our convenient daily, monthly, and annual rates to suit your needs.

Our campground is open for guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and most amenities year round. Please be advised that between October and April, water access may be secured due to weather conditions. The specific dates for shutting off or turning on water will be determined based on the weather forecast during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests.

Yes, we do maintain a waiting list. However, please confirm the availability for the desired timeframe. If we are at full capacity, we will certainly add you to our waiting list and notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.

Yes, you are welcome to stay in your RV during the offseason. However, please be aware that the offseason typically runs from the end of October to the beginning of April. During this time, we secure the water  to each pad site due to freezing temperatures. While you can still stay in your camper, please plan accordingly and make arrangements for water usage during this period. Pavilion's showers and bathrooms will still remain open and available for use. 

At Fox Lake RV Resort, we provide convenient dump station services to ensure a hassle-free experience for our guests. Fee for use is $20 per use. 

The lot sizes we offer are typically 24 feet by 50 feet. This size is designed to accommodate your RV as well as provide an additional parking spot for your convenience. We also have 8 pull through pad sites based on  first come first serve

At Fox Lake RV Resort, we understand that our guests may have unique accommodation needs. Therefore, we do allow both subletting and Air BnB usage of lots within our resort. We aim to accommodate the preferences of our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

If you plan to sublet or use Airbnb for your lot, please inform our management team and ensure that all guests adhere to our resort's rules and regulations. Please note that the lease holder will be responsible for any guests to their lot.
