Our campground is open for guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and most amenities year round. Please be advised that between October and April, water access may be secured due to weather conditions. The specific dates for shutting off or turning on water will be determined based on the weather forecast during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests.

Yes, you are welcome to stay in your RV during the offseason. However, please be aware that the offseason typically runs from the end of October to the beginning of April. During this time, we secure the water  to each pad site due to freezing temperatures. While you can still stay in your camper, please plan accordingly and make arrangements for water usage during this period. Pavilion's showers and bathrooms will still remain open and available for use. 

At Fox Lake RV Resort, we provide convenient dump station services to ensure a hassle-free experience for our guests.  

The lot sizes we offer are typically 24 feet by 50 feet. This size is designed to accommodate your RV as well as provide an additional parking spot for your convenience. We also have 8 pull through pad sites based on  first come first serve

At Fox Lake RV Resort, we understand that our guests may have unique accommodation needs. We do not allow our lease holders to sublet or Air BnB their lots. We aim to accommodate the preferences of our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Our long-term RV parking includes full hook-up sites with 30/50 amp service, clean bathhouses, laundry facilities, gated access, and on-site management.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort. We welcome well-behaved pets and offer green spaces and walking trails for their enjoyment.

We offer flexible long-term RV parking options. Guests can stay for several weeks, months, or even longer, depending on availability and personal needs.

Fox Lake RV Resort is located near Main Street in Hamburg, offering a peaceful setting with convenient access to local shopping, dining, and outdoor attractions. Downtown Omaha is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

We recommend making a reservation in advance, especially for long-term RV stays, to ensure availability and secure your preferred site.
